PRINCIPAL’S NEWSLETTER

November 2020

Dear Parents/Guardian,

It was wonderful to see our parents at conferences. Thank you for being an active part of your child’s education. Please use the information shared with you at your child’s conference to plan academic and behavior goals with your child for the next nine weeks. November 11th is Veteran’s Day and we would like to honor all Military Veterans and say “Thank You” for your service to our great country. There is no school on Tuesday November 11, 2020.

Congratulations to our Teacher of the Year 3rd grade Teacher Mrs. Brickles- Daley and our Employee of the Year Mr. Ronnie our Computer Tech. Both will go on to compete at the district level.

Wednesday, November 18 is a ½ day of school. All students will be released at 1:40 PM. Also, November 18 is Casual Day. All students can pay $1.00 to wear their favorite outfit with sneakers. All proceeds will go to the Veteran’s Council of Indian River County.

There will be no school for the week of November 23-27 so that our families and staff can celebrate the Thanksgiving Holiday.

We hope that everyone has a safe and restful holiday. The Thanksgiving Holiday season is a time to be grateful for family and friends. Enjoy the season and Stay Safe.

November Events and Dates:

  • November 11: Veterans Day: No School
  • November 18: 1/2/ Day of School: Students released at 1:40 PM
  • November 18: Casual Day: Pay 1.00 to Casual Dress with Sneakers
  • November 23-27: No School: THANKSGIVING BREAK
